Welcome to Quarterback Read LLC (“Quarterback Read,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, athlete portal, training sessions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, booking a session, or participating in any training, you agree to these Terms.

If the athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on their behalf.

1. Eligibility

  • Athletes under 18 must have parental/guardian consent to participate.

  • By signing up, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Services Provided

Quarterback Read provides quarterback coaching, training sessions, film analysis, and educational resources. Services may be provided in person or through online platforms.

3. Payment & Cancellations

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Session fees, packages, or memberships are non-refundable unless Quarterback Read cancels the session.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid being charged in full.

  • No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

  • Participation in football training and physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury.

  • By signing up, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

  • You release and hold harmless Quarterback Read LLC, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liability for injuries or accidents that occur before, during, or after participation in our Services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

5. Medical Emergencies

If an injury or medical emergency occurs, Quarterback Read may seek emergency medical treatment on behalf of the athlete. You are responsible for all associated medical costs.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Athletes are expected to respect coaches, facilities, and fellow athletes at all times.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from a session or termination of access to Services without refund.

7. Media & Film Use

  • Training sessions may be filmed for instructional and review purposes.

  • With your consent, film or photos may also be used for marketing and promotional materials.

  • Consent for promotional use is optional and can be revoked at any time in writing.

8. Athlete Portal & Account Access

  • Member accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared with others.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

  • Quarterback Read reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any athlete’s participation in Services if these Terms are violated, or if conduct poses a risk to others.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quarterback Read LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in our Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Plymouth County, MA.
